The Bonn Law Quinte Red Devils Minor Peewee Team Attended the Vaughn Kings Classic Tournament this past weekend
 The Bonn Law Quinte Red Devils Minor Peewee Team had a strong showing at the Vaughn Kings Classic Tournament this past weekend, going 3-1 in round robin play. The Devils displayed great team work and a strong work ethic throughout the tournament. 

The Devils started off the tournament playing the Southern Tier Admirals, and won the game 7-4. Scoring for the Devils in the game Ethan Miedema (2), Vincent Bellavance (2), Ethan Quick, Christopher Brydges and Benjamin Lynch. Adding helpers on the goals was Cal Uens (2), Jack Lowry (2), Joshua Cunningham, Nick Oke, Brydges, Lynch, Quick, and Bellavance. Logan Vale was sharp between the pipes to get the win.

Next up on Friday was a game vs The Ottawa Sting. The Devils poured on the offence in the game on their way to a 9-0 win. Ethan Quick had a hat trick in the game, while Cal Uens and Ethan Miedema each scored a pair of goals. Also lighting the lamp in the game was Vincent Bellavance and Will Potts. Chipping in with helpers on the goals was Spencer Cranley (3), Michael Dolton (2), Nick Oke (2), Jack Dever (2), Joshua Cunningham (2), Jack Lowry, Cal Uens, and Ethan Miedema. Aidan Crowley had a strong game in the cage, earning the shutout.

On Saturday, the Devils had an early morning match up with the Markham Majors. The Devils continued to display great team work on their way to a 4-1 win. Ethan Miedema scored a pair of goals in the game, while Cal Uens and Benjamin Lynch each added singles. Assisting on the goals was Jack Dever (2), Christopher Brydges, Jack Lowry, Uens and Miedema. Logan Vale had another strong game in net for his team.

On Saturday afternoon, The Devils would face off against the Syracuse Nationals. The boys came out flat in the game and never really found their stride, on way to a 3-2 Loss where The Nationals scored at the final buzzer to win it. Ethan Quick and Christopher Brydges scored the goals in the game. Duncan Schneider and Michael Dolton chipped in with assists. Aidan Crowley was in net for the Devils.

On Sunday morning, the Devils would head into the semi-final game against their Eastern ETA division rival, Whitby Wildcats. The game would be a special teams battle with almost every goal was scored on the powerplay. Whitby found themselves on the powerplay for most of the first period and some of the second taking a 4 to 0 lead. The Devils fought back after a string of power plays to tie the game at four. Both team would trade goals until Whitby scored the winning goal on a 5 on 3 powerplay with under 30 seconds left to get the 6-5 win. Cal Uens had a hat trick in the game, and Christopher Brydges and Jack Dever added singles. Assisting on the goals was Ethan Miedema (2), Benjamin Lynch, Vincent Bella Vance and Duncan Schneider. Logan Vale was in net for the Devils.
