The Foley Bus Lines Major Peewees gained 2 more points in
ETA action this week, with a win over the Central Ontario Wolves at home in
Madoc.
The Bus Liners hosted the Central Ontario Wolves in Madoc this past Sunday January 22. Isaac Brown opened the scoring in the first period to take a 1 to 0 lead in the game on feeds from Aaron Brown and Rheydan McCoy. The Wolves started to pressure in the 2nd period and the Devils got into some penalty trouble, but Andrew Munro kept the Wolves from scoring in the Devils net. Cooper Matthews would add the 2nd Devils goal in the third period on a one timer from Trevor Hoskin and Owen Gibson. Andrew Munro continued to turn away the shots from the Wolves; as the Devils blanked the Wolves 2 to 0, with Munro recording the shut out in the Devils cage.
Next action for the Foley Bus Lines Peewees is Tuesday Jan 24, as the Devils host the Peterborough Petes in Madoc. Puck drops at 730pm.
