Minor Midgets Getting Untracked
FREE FLOW PETROLEUM MINOR MIDGETS
The Free Flow Minor Midgets are starting to get untracked after a couple of injury plagued weeks in ETA action

Playing at home on Saturday night against a gritty Oshawa team that has given the boys trouble in the past, the Free Flow boys came out guns a blazing in a 6-2 romp. Jacob Gilbert(2G,1A) and Jaxen Boyer(2G) led the scoring parade with Karsten Leonard and Nicholas Kirby-Palliser chipping in with a goal each. Jacob Vreugdenhil chipped in with 3 assists while Isaac Landon and Curtis Dicks had 2 each. Braydon Robinson and Connor MacGregor chipped in with an assist each. Ethan McDonnell was solid in net.
Sunday the Minor Midgets were home again at the Strathcona Centre in Napanee for their second home game in as many days. Again the boys got on the board first and never looked back skating to a convincing 6-0 win over the Central Ontario Wolves. The scoring was spread out amongst 6 different scorers with Nicholas Kirby-Palliser getting the scoring started. Jaxen Boyer, Karsten Leonard, Isaac Langdon and Marshall McFarland supplied the other tallies. Helpers were supplied by Jacob Vreugdenhil(2), Gavyn Stevenson, Kirby-Palliser, Garrett Bird and Curtis Dicks. Matt Tovell earned the goose egg in net in a very solid performance.
The whole team would like to congratulate Captain Isaac Langdon on earning a full Div 1 scholarship to Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York.
Upcoming Games: Wednesday Nov 15 at Whitby, Saturday Nov 18 in Markham and Sunday Nov 19 in Cobourg at 1:00pm
