This weekend the Game Ready Major Bantams participated in the Kitchener Blueline Tournament. The team would finish the weekend with a 2-2 record.In the first game the Devil’s beat the Upper Canada Cyclones with a final score of 5-1. Scoring for the Devils was Zack Brooks (2), Ben White, Daniel Michaud and Luke LaPalm. Assists from Ethan Broek, Gavin Camp, Blake Maracle, Oz Paziuk and Ben White . Player of the game was Zack Brooks.
The next game Devils played the Sun County Panthers. The game would end in with a 2-1 loss. Lone goal for the Devils was scored by Ben White, assisted by Zack Brooks.
The Devil’s lost their third game 5-0 to the Guelph Jr. Gryphons.
In the final game of the tournament the Devils secured a 3-2 with a second left in the game. Goals scored by Daniel Michaud, Jett Butler and Ben White. Assisting was Oz Paziuk, Zack Brooks, Daniel Michaud and Connor Brooks.. Player of the game was Ben White.
The team resumes league play Wednesday night in Clarington.
