Quinte sits on top of the ETA East heading into the Christmas Holiday!
On Thursday the Devils hosted the Whitby Wildcats for their second match up of the regular season. The Devils would find the back of the net first 3-1/2 minutes into the game and take a 1-0 lead heading into the second. The Devils would score twice in the second period to take a 3-0 lead heading into the final period. Whitby would score their only goal 2 minutes into the period but the Devils would answer back with two of their own and take the game 5-1 over the Wildcats.
On Sunday the Devil’s travelled to Lindsay to take on the Wolves. Quinte would strike first half way through the first period but Central would answer right back a minute and a half later. The period would end in a 1-1 tie. The Devils netted two goals in the second and 4 more in the third to take a 7-1 win.
Next home action is January 12th against the Clarington Toros @ 3:45pm at the QSWC (Family Dental Centre).
