Foley Bus Lines Major Bantams finish 4th at OHF Championships!
The players, coaches and families were still celebrating the OMHA Gold Medal win when they had to start planning for one more week of hockey in Toronto at the OHF Championships.
The goal was to finish in the top 4 after the round robin play so the team could move onto the final day and play for a medal. The boys finished with a record of 3-2-1 after 6 games which allowed them that chance.
On Friday Quinte took on the Toronto Marlies and the Eastern Ontario Wild. In both games the Devils out shot and out played their opponent. The Devils unfortunately fell 1 goal short in both games resulting in a 4th place finish in the tournament.
The players should be very proud as they represented Quinte and the OMHA very well and deserve a tremendous amount of credit for a fantastic season.
Congratulations to Dalyn Wakely for sharing the top scorer award a the OHF's as well as netting his 50th goal of the season!
