Weekly Report Sept. 30-Oct. 6
The Madison excavating minor bantams had two games this past week and settled for a point in regular season play.

The Devils traveled to Oshawa for a midweek match up with the Generals. The Gens opened up the scoring early in the first but Quinte came back in the second to tie the game. The two teams battled back-and-forth throughout the third but the game would end in a tie. Scoring for the Devils was Nolan Donnelly from Caleb Martin. Mike McIvor was in net for the tie. Game two of the week was another road game to take on the Coyotes in Richmond Hill. The Devils came out fast in the first period and potted two to take a 2-0 lead in the game. Donnelly scored the first unassisted and Ben Vreugdenhil scored the second assisted by Brody Partridge and Deacon Ellis. Late in the first the Coyotes would tie the game and go on to tack two more to the scoreboard making it a 2-4 game going into the third. Both teams would score in the third, Beckett Ewart from Jared Langdon and Braedyn Rogers for the Devils leaving Quinte to succumb to the loss. Net duties were shared by Glen McInnes and Mike McIvor. The Madison Excavating Minor Bantams will head to London this weekend to participate in the Wendy Dufton Memorial Tournament.
