On Saturday, the World Elite Atoms traveled to Whitby to face the Wildcats.
Midway through the first period Maclean Chisholm (from Pierson Clute) scored. Quinte was down by one point going into the second period. Chase Cybulskie scored top corner to tie the game. Unfortunately it was not enough and Quinte fell 4-2 over Whitby. Goalie, Lily Reid, kept the team in the game with her outstanding saves.
Quinte hosted the Central Ontario Wolves in their home barn on Sunday. The Wolves got on the board first. It wasn’t until the second period when Brayden Davidson (from Jonas McCoy) got past the goalie. The game was tied 1-1 going into the third period. Cybulskie scored from Davidson and Camden Sloan sunk the empty netter to give Quinte the 3-1 win over the wolves.
