The Foley Bus Lines U10 Red Devils Have A Perfect Week
After winning all three games this past week, the team sits atop the ETA league standings with a perfect record of 14-0.

On Thursday they had a rare weeknight game at home (RCAF) against Peterborough. Kash Nelson opened the scoring by jamming home a rebound with the assists going to Max Norton and Mac Brown. That would be the first periods lone goal, making the score 1-0 for Quinte. Just over a minute into period two Noah Gilchrist would score an unassisted marker for the Red Devils, making it 2-0. Two minutes later Evan Andrews would score from the slot with Linden Ludolph and Will Beebe picking up the assists. The score after two periods was 3-0 for Quinte. The third period saw both teams trade chances but both teams goalies stood tall and didn't allow a goal. That would make the final score 3-0 for Quinte. Blake Laurin made some key saves picking up his first shut out as a Red Devil.

Saturday it was a home game in Marmora against the Central Ontario Wolves. They held a food drive collecting food for a local food bank and also had their team Christmas party upstairs after the game.

The Red Devils would win the game 10-1. Quinte goals were scored by Linden Ludolph (3), Noah Gilchrist (2), Will Beebe, Ethan Dowling, Evan Andrews, Malkin Courtney and Kash Nelson. Assists in the game went to Andrews (3), Graydon Tucker (2), Mac Brown (2), Nelson, Gilchrist, Dowling and Beebe. Lily Groeneveld made some great saves and picked up the win in net. Linden Ludolph was named player of the game.

On a snowy Sunday they were back in Marmora for a home game against the Oshawa Generals. Quinte carried their momentum into the game and came out on top 11-0. Goals were scored by Evan Andrews (4), Max Norton (2), Linden Ludolph (2), Kash Nelson (2) and Will Beebe. Assists in the game went to Andrews (4), Ludolph (4), Norton (3), Ethan Dowling (2), Nelson, Mac Brown and Jaxon Elrick. Blake Laurin was solid in net and picked up his second shut out of the week. Mac Brown was named player of the game.

ON DECK: The team heads to Whitby on Saturday to take on the Wildcats for their only game of the week. Game time is 2:15pm at Iroquois.
