Two Tough Losses for the Pita Pit U16 Quinte Red Devils
On Thursday night, the U16 Pita Pit Quinte Red Devils took on the Peterborough Petes at home in a tough battle. It was a tight game from start to finish with Reece Herman in nets making it tough for the Petes to run away with the game. The Pete’s came out on top with a 3-2 win. Quinte goals were scored by Deke Osterhout and Jack Pixley. At home on Saturday, it was another hard fought battle against the Barrie Colts. Reece Herman protected the pipes again and goals were scored by Avery Wease and Brody Nielissen. Unfortunately, the game ended in a 3-2 loss for the Red Devils. Up Next- At home Thursday (7pm) the Red Devils take on the Ajax-Pickering Raiders.
On the weekend, they’ll hit the road to take on the Peterborough Petes on Saturday (4:15) and on Sunday they’ll rival the Clarington Toros (4:45). Good luck Red Devils!
