QRD Grad Aidan McFarland Plays First OHL Game with Steelheads
Its been a busy week for Aidan McFarland...
Earlier in the week he joined the Mississauga Steelheads and on Thursday night he played his first OHL game. Unfortunately it was a 4-2 loss to the Niagara Ice Dogs. MacFarland was among the league leaders in scoring when he left the Napanee Raiders of the Empire B Junior C League with 12 goals and 12 assists in 12 games. He is the third player from the OMHA Champion 1999 Quinte Minor Midgets to sign with an OHL Club. Congrats Aidan we wish you continued success!
