Game Ready 3 on 3 is a development opportunity for players that builds on the small-area-game theory that contests skill development in all areas of the game increases when time and space are reduced. Due to a smaller playing area, players are taught to make decisions at a quicker rate, skate faster, shoot and pass with more urgency and basically learn to process the game of hockey at a faster rate.

This all leads to a player who can execute the game at a higher pace therefore increasing their over-all 'speed of execution'...the #1 reason players are successful in hockey.

Coinciding with increased skill development, small area 3 on 3 hockey also increases the amount of opportunities a player has to have fun. Unstructured and raw...in small area 3 on 3 hockey you are never far from a scoring chance or a rebound...a great defensive effort or a save.
