Duncan McDonald Memorial Community Gardens- 8 Couch Cres, Trenton
2007-2010 (50 spots)- 9-12pm each day.
2002-2006 (50 spots) 12-3pm each day
Maximum 25 players on ice per session
5:1 instructor:player ratio

3. Last team played for including level (ie. A AA AAA)
4. Parent's Name
5. Parent email
6. Parent Phone #
To Guarentee a spot - go to the Quinte West Minor Hockey Association office at
8 Couch Crescent, Trenton (Duncan McDonald Memorial Community Gardens)
to register and pay ($300 cash, debit or Cheque)

Monday August 13 -5:30-7:30pm
Wednesday August 15 - 10am-4pm
Thursday August 16 - 5:30-7:30pm
Tuesday August 21 - 5:30-7:30pm
Wednesday August 22 - 10am-4:00pm
Thursday August 23 - 5:30-7:30pm
Saturday August 25 - 9:00am-4:00pm
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or e-transfer.
E-transfers must be sent to [email protected], password hockey with PEP Program in the notes.
Space is first come, first served - but players may be bumped for non-payment.
