Parents of the Quinte Red Devils AAA Hockey Association:
Past-President Greg Popovich and I would like to thank you all for your time and effort in filling out the mid-season coach evaluations.
As previously stated, the purpose of these evaluations was to help our coaches develop in their roles this season and more importantly in the future.
Like all change, this process requires time, discipline and accountability. It is our goal, to the best of our abilities, to use this information (both positive and negative) to help all of our coaches grow and develop through constructive feedback, and reflective discussion.
