A Special Meeting of the General membership will be held on
Sunday, June 12th, 6pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to amend section 7.01 the Constitution of QRMHA. Section 7.01 reads, "An Annual Meeting of the general members of the Association shall take place each calendar year prior to June 30, at such time and place as may be designated by the Board."
The QRMHA board proposes to amend section 7.01 to read: "An Annual Meeting of the general members of the Association shall take place each calendar year prior to September 30, at such time and place as may be designated by the Board."
The proposed change in the timing of the AGM responds to the change in tryout schedules. With Fall tryouts for our U13 and younger teams, a September AGM would ensure that families with children who sign with QRMHA in September can run for election and participate in the AGM.
This meeting will be conducted on Zoom. Please register on-line using the link below. You will be sent a link on Sunday June 12 prior to the meeting.
