As per the Constitution of Quinte Regional Minor Hockey Association, an Annual General Meeting is to be held before the end of September each year. The Annual General Meeting of QRMHA will be held Monday, September 25th at 6:30PM (Minor Sports Meeting Room QSWC, 2nd floor).
All members are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting to review Quinte's budget, run for election for the QRMHA Board of Directors, participate in Quinte’s electoral process, and get involved with the Association.
Please note that any proposed amendments to QRMHA's Constitution must be submitted in writing 60 days before the date of the AGM to the attention of the Secretary at [email protected]. This date would be July 25, 2023.
