2025-26 QUINTE RED DEVILS - U18
Welcome to our 2025/2026 hockey season. The Quinte Red Devils U18 program is designed to help develop players to move on to the next level. It is our goal to create a program that will both develop players, be competitive and win.
The coaching staff are looking to create a team wit the following qualities:
Players that are;
• skilled, competitive, and intelligent on the ice,
• willing to put personal goals aside and buy into the team concept,
• ready to accept a role different than normally used to,
• able to realize the importance of and play with emotional control, and
• display discipline both on and off the ice.
We want our team to play with: PHYSICALITY, TEMPO, PACE
• ability to think and execute at a high rate of speed on a consistent basis.
STRENGTH:
• competes and plays at a high intensity level on a consistent basis.
• competes hard on the puck.
• ability to win 1 on 1 battles.
