Head Coach: Paul Reed
Paul Reed brings extensive coaching experience at Junior and Minor levels, including AAA and AA programs. With a background in medical sales and a lifelong passion for hockey, Paul played his minor hockey in Orono. He continued at the Junior level with the University of Guelph Gryphons, Little Britain Merchants, and Bowmanville Eagles.

Assistant Coach: Ken Cain
Born and raised in Oshawa, Ken Cain brings years of experience both as a player and coach. He played Junior Hockey in Hamilton and varsity hockey at Centennial College, where he graduated as an Architectural Technologist.

Coaching Philosophy:
Ken is dedicated to developing players’ hockey skills, work ethic, discipline, team culture, and leadership qualities. He aims to help players reach their full potential in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) or through NCAA scholarships.
Assistant Coach: Jim Mercer
Jim Mercer is a passionate hockey coach with over 35 years of experience. Married with two grown boys, he works in the youth counselling field. Jim is a certified High-Performance II Coach and a Group Leader/Evaluator for the OHF High Performance 1 program. He has worked closely with Hockey Canada and the Ontario Hockey Federation through the Program of Excellence at the U15 and U17 levels.
