The March Quinte AAA Board Meeting was highlighted by a strong sense of pride and momentum following an exceptionally successful playoff season. The Board recognized and commended all teams for their outstanding performance, with 6 of 7 teams advancing to the OMHA Red Hat Championships. A special acknowledgment was given to the U16 team for their impressive qualification for the OHL Cup-an achievement that reflects the strength and development of our program.
A major milestone was reached during the meeting with the Board's approval to begin the search for an Executive Director. The initiative represents a significant step forward in strengthening the organization's long-term sustainability, operational consistency, and continued growth.
Updates were also provided regarding the Year-End Banquet, with planning well underway. The event is shaping up to be an excellent evening that will properly celebrate the accomplishments of our athletes, coaches, and families from this past season.
