The Quinte Regional Minor Hockey Association and/or the Quinte Red Devils Coach Selection Committee needs to  collect the above-noted information, some of which may be personal information, in order to carry out a valid coach selection process.  The information obtained will be kept confidential but may be shared with relevant members of the organization, as a part of the coach selection process. Please be aware that not all applicants will receive an interview.

Please note - coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, and managers of AAA are required to provide a valid Criminal Background Check through the Canadian Police Information Centre.  QRMHA reserves the right to refuse applicants on the basis of the information disclosed in the Criminal Background Check.
