U10 (2016) Prep Skate Registration (2025-26 Season)

General Instructions:
1. Please fill out this form completely.

3. The U10 - 2016 group will have 2 Prep Skates for a total of $90. A payment of $90 using VISA or Mastercard is required to complete the registration process. You will be directed to the Sports Pay site after you submit this registration form. Please have your credit card information ready for when you get to the payment section of this form.
4. There is a limit of 24 skaters for the U10 Prep Skates.
5. There is no charge for goaltenders for the prep skates, but they must be registered on a separate registration page.
