U12 (2015) & U13 (2014) Prep Skate Registrations (Skaters)

Please fill out the form completely. The registration process is not complete until payment is made through the SportsPay on-line payment system, which is the last step in the process. NOTE: Players must have been rostered to Quinte or feeder associations (rostered in the 2025/2026 season) to participate.

3. The U12 & U13 group will have 4 Prep Skates for a total of $120. A payment of $120 using VISA or Mastercard is required to complete the registration process. You will be directed to the Sports Pay site after you submit this registration form. Please have your credit card information ready for when you get to the payment section of this form.

4. There is a limit of 20 skaters for the U12 & U13 Prep Skates.
