This season Players and Bench Staff, as well as Managers, Board Members, and QRMHA Staff are required to be registered on the Hockey Canada Registry. Registration activates the insurance that is provided to all members of Hockey Canada and OMHA. There are three separate registration links provided, but they are all accessed from the same place in the HOCKEY CANADA Registry.
1. Player Registration
This is the process for registering for the 2025-26 season with QRMHA (Quinte Red Devils). This will replace the "Offer of Commitment" Form used in passed years. Please do not use this process unless the player has been offered a position on the team by the Head Coach. The link below connects you to the Hockey Canada Registry. (It will be very similar to the process used for Tryout Registration.) Through this process you will select the team, acknowledge a number of waivers (Hockey Canada, Ontario Minor Hockey Association, Ontario Hockey Federation, Quinte Regional Minor Hockey Association, Rowan's Law, and the QRMHA Code of Conduct), and pay an initial registration fee of $200, using VISA or Mastercard. (There is no e-transfer option for this initial payment.)
The initial fee is smaller than in past seasons, but is required at this step, and the reduced amount will keep the fees lower. The remaining portion of the registration fees will be paid via e-transfer instalments to your team account. You will be provided with the dates and amounts by your team manager.

2. Bench Staff Registration
This is required in order for coaches and trainers to be placed on a roster. Through this process you will acknowledge a number of waivers (Hockey Canada, Ontario Minor Hockey Association, Ontario Hockey Federation, Quinte Regional Minor Hockey Association, Rowan's Law, and the QRMHA Code of Conduct), and there is no fee.

3. Volunteers and QRMHA Staff Registration
For the 2025-26 season, volunteers (Managers and QRMHA Board Members), and QRMHA Staff Members are also required to register in order to be covered by HOCKEY CANADA Insurance. There is no fee.
