Game Day - Game #3 VS Kingston Jr Frontenacs
The Quinte Red Devils can clinch the series with a win today in Madoc at 3pm.
The Kingston Jr Frontenacs arrived at the rink on Saturday and showed the Devils how to "start" a game as Kingston scored first within two minutes of the opening face-off. Kingston took the play to the Minor Midgets and the Devils were on their heals for most of the first 6 minutes of the game.
The Red Devils would answer back and then take an eventual 2-1 lead after the boys got settled into the game. An undisciplined effort from top to bottom would give Kingston some life as they would score on the power play in the second period. Soon after more undisciplined actions within the team caused the Red Devils to be down 2 men. Kingston would take a 3-2 lead into the third period and with their backs to the wall the #resilience of the Devils would take center stage as they would score twice in the third to take home the victory 4-3. Ethan Taylor was in net for the win.
