Two wins over Kingston, and a Tie with Peterborough.
The Pita Pit U15 Red Devils earned themselves 5 of 6 points in the last three games. They started off a busy weekend with a hard fought, 1-0 win on Thursday over the Kingston Junior Gaels. Reese Herman had the shut-out and Sunny Fanjoy had the game winning, and only goal.
On Saturday, the Red Devils hit the road to take on the Peterborough Petes. It was a tight game from beginning to end with Herman in net but with two goals from Zack Carrier and a goal from Mason Boyer they earned themselves a well-deserved point, with the game ending in a 3-3 tie.
On Halloween, the Red Devils had a spooktacular rematch against the Kingston Jr. Gaels rallying back from penalties and a 3-1 deficit to take a 7-3 win. Liam Boyer protected the net and goals from Avery Weese, Zack Carrier (2), Ben Sherwin (2), Parker Ferguson and Sunny Fanjoy locked up the win.
