U15s Open Playoffs With Big Win Over Barrie
The Quinte U15 E-360 Solutions Red Devils opened the playoffs with a thrilling 3-2 OT win over the #1 seed Barrie Colts.
Chase Cybulskie, after some excellent work below the goal line, centred the puck out front to Wyatt Whalen, who slid a backhand five hole with only 17 seconds remaining in extra time. Ryan Foley also picked up an assist on the game winner.
Cole Rowat and Maclean Chisholm scored the other QRD goals while Cole Coughlin, Nick Colson and Whalen picked up assists in the win.
Charlie Vos was excellent between the pipes for the Red Devils.
Devils of the Day honours went to #all19, with game shirts to Vos and Whalen.
