Tyler Martin scored the GWG early in the second, from Rowyn Haley, before Patterson put his team up 3-0. Halton would score one of their own, but The Devils didn’t back down, adding two more goals on their way to a 5-1 win. Miller Nicholson and Mason Whalen also lit the lamp in the game. On Saturday evening, The Devils would bounce back quickly, and skated into the quarter final game with a bit of extra jump in their stride, on their way to a 5-0 win over The Southern Tier Admirals. Tyler Martin had 2 goals and an assist in the game. Brody Grant, Miller Nicholson and Thomas Marsden all added singles. Chipping in with assists; Gullage (2), Simpson and Stevens. Matt Travers had a very strong game in net, to earn the shutout.

On Sunday morning, the Devils were up against The Hamilton Steel in the semi final game. In a back and forth, action packed game, it was The Steel who struck first. The Devils stuck to their game plan and Rowyn Haley tied the game before the end of the second period. Brody Grant scored the game winning goal when he tipped a shot from the point from Noah Hughes. Mason Whalen and Grant would each add an empty net goal on the way to a 4-1 semi final win. Goulah and Hughes each added assists and Matt Travers picked up the win between the pipes.

The stage was set for the championship game vs The Halton Hurricanes. Knowing that it would be hard to beat the same team twice, The Devils knew they would need a solid game to get the win. The Devils got on the board early in the first period, when James Gullage scored on a nice play from Thomas Marsden. Although the Hurricanes would tie the game shortly after, Matt Travers shut the door in net and Rowyn Haley came up big with back to back goals to seal the deal in a 3-1 Championship win.
