On Wednesday night in Marmora, the U11s faced off against the Central Ontario Wolves. Quinte set the tone early, with Ryker Valois scoring in the opening minute off a feed from Austin Baily and Bentley May. The Red Devils added to their lead in the second period when Walker Elrick found the back of the net, assisted by Jaxson Withers, sending Quinte into the third with a 2-1 edge. The Red Devils pulled away in the final frame with goals from Pearce McCormick and Austin Baily. Blake Unger notched two assists in the period, while Nash White added a helper. Netminder Aiden Ferreira provided steady play throughout the contest to earn the win between the pipes.
The U11 Quinte Red Devils closed out their regular season on Sunday in Marmora with a hard-fought 5-3 victory over the North Shore Whitecaps. The Red Devils struck first with a goal by Nash White in the opening frame, assisted by Pearce McCormick. After the Whitecaps surged ahead in the second, Blake Unger answered back off a feed from McCormick and White to knot the game at 2-2. Quinte pulled away in the final frame with goals from Blake Unger, Bentley May, and Pearce McCormick. Valois and Kolga picked up assists, while goaltender Emerson Courtney held firm in net to secure the 5-3 win.
