Here is the 2nd last QRD weekly report for 2021 ...
U14- Free Flow Petroleum
Much to the dismay of the Markham Waxers, the Free Flow Petroleum U14s had a week of heavy offence. With Saturday's trip to Richmond Hill cancelled due to weather, the U14s two remaining games saw them facing the same opponent - the Markham Waxers. Their first match had the Devils on the road, Monday night. Motivated by their previous 3-3 performance versus the Waxers, the U14s were determined to take home a commanding victory and that, they did. Goalie Cohen Bedore earning the 10-1 win in net. Scoring for the Devils were: Jake Campbell (2 goals and 2 assist), Liam Campbell (2 goals and 2 assists), Jacob Moore (2 goals and 1 assist), Jack Foley (2 goals), Kaden Koutroulides (1 goal and 2 assists), Matthew Airhart (1 goal and 2 assists), Tavin MacDonald (1 assist).
Rounding out their season series versus the Waxers, the U14s returned the hosting duties on Sunday, for the final home game of the year. From goalie Katste Brant, to the Devils solid blue line and outward to the forwards - the U14s showcased an impressive display of teamwork!! Points this game came from: Jack Foley (4 goals and 1 assist), Jake Campbell (2 goals and 2 assists), Matthew Airhart (2 goals and 2 assists), Liam Campbell (1 goal and 2 assists), Jacob Moore, Kaden Koutroulides and Tavin MacDonald (2 assists each), Rhett Coulson, Ryan Babbs and Cooper Kelly (1 assist, each).
The Free Flow Petroleum U14s are scheduled to play their final game of 2021, on Wednesday, in Peterborough.
U16- Madison Excavating
The Madison Excavating U16 team had a very light week with no games, but the boys helped out at Gleaners Foodbank again this week. Looking ahead they will be traveling to Toronto on the 27th for the Marlies Holiday tournament.

U18- McInroy Maines Construction
The Quinte McInroy-Maines U18 Red Devils picked up three of four points in two ETA league games this week.
The U18s tied Peterborough 1-1 on Saturday. Jack Dever scored the lone goal while Kyle Ramsperger picked up the assist.
Brady Spry was strong in net for QRD.
Devils of the Day were Keenan Wiles and Aiden Haller-Brady.
On Sunday, the road warriors continued their strong play away from home, picking up a 5-2 win over the North Central Predators.
Brayden Friedrich picked up the win in goal while Joey Coates, Ethan Osborne, Tyson Carr, Carter McKee and Trent Williams found the back of the net for QRD. Dever (2), Kellen Dostaler (2), Jack Lowry, Justin Murdoch, Cooper Kellar and Alex Delisle added assists.
Devils of the Day were Friedrich, Carr, Wiles and Dever.
The U18s are 6-1-3 in their last ten games and are currently in second place in the ETA with a record of 14-4-4. On the season, QRD has a 16-5-5 record and will open 2022 with a road game in Barrie on Jan. 2.
U15- Pita Pit
The Pita Pit U15 Quinte Red Devils played only one game this weekend and were able to hold on for a point against the Central Ontario Wolves on Saturday. Reese Herman protected the net and the hard fought goals came from Sunny Fanjoy and Evan Erwin ended the game in a 2-2 tie.
The U15 Red Devils would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy holiday!
