The Bonn Law Quinte Red Devils Minor Peewee Team Split their games in league play this week
The Bonn Law Quinte Red Devils Minor Peewee Team played two home games this week, resulting in a win and a loss.

The Devils were in Napanee on Tuesday night when they played host to the Kingston Frontenacs. Ethan Miedema opened the scoring in the first minute of the second period, assisted by Jack Lowry. Spencer Cranley scored on the power play with just ten seconds left in the second period to put his team up by two, when he tipped Cal Uens shot. Chris Brydges also picked up an assist on the goal. Miedema added his second goal of the game early in the third, assisted by Nick Oke and Cranley. Despite keeping Kingston to very few shots in the third period, they managed to spoil the shutout with only a couple minutes left in the game. Aidan Crowley stood tall in the net in the 3-1 win.

On Saturday the Devils were back in Napanee for a tilt with the Whitby Wildcats. The Devils failed to capitalize on several chances early in the game and found themselves down by a goal at the end of the second period. The Wildcats added three more goals before the Devils would respond with two quick ones late in the third period. The Devils tried hard and had several chances near the end of the game, but it was too little too late and the boys were handed their first loss in league play. Cranley and uens did the scoring for the Devils, while Jack Dever picked up the lone assist in the game. Logan Vale was steady in the 4-2 loss.

On Deck for the Bonn Law Devils: Home to Clarington on Wednesday in Cobourg and a big road trip to York Simcoe Saturday and Central Ontario Sunday.
