The Bonn Law Quinte Red Devils Minor Peewee Team lost a tight checking game to the league leading Barrie Colts on Saturday, and bounced back with a 5-1 win in Ajax on Sunday.

On Saturday the Devils were home to The Barrie Colts, who are the top team in the ETA. The Red Devils got off to a solid start, and took a one goal lead late in the first period on a power play goal from Cal Uens, assisted by Christopher Brydges. The boys ran into penalty trouble in the second period and the Colts made them pay, scoring a power play goal of their own to tie the game. It was The Colts who scored again on the power play in the third period and added a late empty net goal to win the game 3-1. Aidan Crowley had a very strong game in net, making several key saves along the way. On Sunday the Devils were in Ajax to take on the Raiders. After a scoreless first period, the boys found their stride, scoring three goals in the second period and two more in the third on their way to a 5-1 win. Lighting the lamp for the Devils was Will Potts, Jack Dever, Ethan Quick, Michael Dolton and Vincent Bellavance. Adding assists on the goals was Ethan Miedema, Benjamin Lynch, Sidney Wakely, Cal Uens (2) and Bellavance. Logan Vale was solid between the pipes all game long to earn the win.
