The Quinte McInroy-Maines U18 Red Devils went 2-1-1 in the Clash in YGK tournament in Kingston this weekend.
On Day One, QRD defeated Ontario Hockey Academy 3-0 and lost 3-2 to the Peterborough Petes.
On Day Two, QRD played its best hockey of the season, defeating the eventual tournament champions, North York Rangers 2-1 and tying the Toronto Titans 2-2.
Unfortunately, the U18s failed to advance to the semifinals, losing out in the tie breaking formula.
Brady Spry and Brayden Friedrich played well in goal.
