FOLEY BUS LINES MINOR BANTAMS TAKE ANOTHER 4 ETA POINTS…….
The Foley Bus Lines Minor Bantams played two games in ETA League action this past week as they hosted the North Central Predators, and hit the road against the Richmond Hill Coyotes.

On Saturday Dec 16, the Devils hosted the North Central Predators at the QSWC.  The Devils got on the board first; early in the first period, on a nice defensive rush by Liam Cassidy catching the Predators on a line change.  Assisting on the Cassidy goal were; Connor Hunt and Aaron Brown. The Devils added to their tally early in the 2nd period; as Kellen Dostaler scored with a beauty tip from Aaron Brown and Donovan McCoy.  Each team skated to a scoreless third period, as the Devils took this one by a score of 2 to 0. Corbin Votary turned away all the Preds shots to record another shut out in the Devils cage.

On Sunday Dec 17, the Devils bused to Richmond Hill to take on the Coyotes at the Elvis Stojko Arena.  In a fast-paced game, both teams skated to a scoreless first period.  Liam Filip opened the scoring for the Devils in the 2nd period on feeds from Trevor Hoskin and Parker Stewart to give the Devils a 1 to 0 lead going into the 3rd.  The Devils opened things up as Corbin Roach potted a pair with Dalyn Wakely assisted on each, and Donovan McCoy on the 2nd.  Connor Hunt added a 4th goal, assisted by Liam Filip and Trevor Hoskin.  The Coyotes finally got on the board late in the 3rd, but it wasn’t enough as the Devils took the game by a score of 4 to 1.  Brady Spry was solid, going the distance in the Devils net.

Next action for the Bus Liners, is Saturday Dec 23, when the Devils take on the Central Ontario Wolves at the QSWC, in their final league game going into the Christmas break. Puck drops at 3:45pm.
