The Madison Excavating Peewee team had a busy week with four games and recorded  8 points with 4 wins.

Game one of the week was a midweek match up against the Clarington Toros at the CAA Arena. The Devils opened up the scoring in the first with a goal from Liam Philip, assisted by Landon Wright. The Toros answered back scoring 2 and taking the lead, but it wasn't long before Beckett Ewart tied it up for Quinte, assisted by Ben Danford and Carson Campbell. Brody Partridge would score the go ahead goal in the third on the pass from Campbell. Ewart would add the final goal. Mike McIvor was in net.

Friday had the Devils on the road for their only away game of the week to face the Kingston Jr. Frontenacs. Gage Butcher opened up scoring in the first, assisted by Thomas Kuipers and Danford. The second set saw Quinte add another 3 in their favour with goals from Wright(2) and Kuipers. Assisting in the second were Grayson Jin, Ewart(2) and Deacon Ellis. While Kingston would sneak one past the Quinte netminder, it was the only one as the Devils added a 5th in the third, Braedyn Roger's from Ben Vreugdenhil and Danford, to make it a 5-1 victory. Dean Spry was in net.

The first of 2 weekend home games was Saturday on the FDC ice playing host to the Whitby Wildcats. Quinte was down by a goal until the second set when Roger's scored the first of the game, assisted by Danford. The third saw Quinte battle back and forth with the Wildcats and added 3 to the scoreboard to take the final 4-3 win. Scoring in the third were Wright, Rogers and Vreugdenhil. Assisting were Vreugdenhil(2), Jin, Jared Langdon and Ewart. McIvor was between the pipes for the win.

The final game of the weekend was a match up against the Barrie Colts on the CAA Arena. The first period would end in a 0-0 tie. Langdon would open up the scoring in the second on the set up from Danford and Campbell. Wright would add another assisted by Campbell. Barrie continued to challenge but Quinte would add 2 in the third from Vreugdenhil, assisted by Wright and Campbell, and an empty netter from Ty Therrien to make it a 4-2 win for Quinte.
