WEEKLY REPORT - Feb. 21/22
The U14 Free Flow Petroleum Quinte Red Devils picked up two wins in their last home games of the regular season this weekend.
On Saturday, the Devils faced off against the Richmond Hill Coyotes. Commanding duties in net, Cohen Bedore gave force to a 10-1 win. Although they got off to a quiet start, once the U14s took a hold of the game, they did not slow down. On Saturday, points came from: Matthew Airhart (4 goals and 3 assists), Noah Lesser (1 goal and 3 assists), Kaden Koutroulides (2 goals and 1 assist), Jake Moore (1 goal and 2 assists). Jake Campbell and Graydon Walst, each had 1 goal and 1 assist. Jack Foley, Ryan Babbs and Liam Campbell all notched 2 assists each, and Rhett Colson and Tavin MacDonald both had 1 assist.
Sunday afternoon the Devils hosted the Ajax-Pickering Raiders and fans saw another strong offensive game from the blue line as Lesser notched 2 goals, and Colson and Walst (also with an assist) had one goal each! Rounding out the tally in the 5-3 victory: Airhart (1 goal), Koutroulides with 3 assists, and L. Campbell, Foley and Moore each with two assists. Katste Brant earned the win in net for the Devils.
