The Bonn Law QRD U12 Team are headed to The OMHA Championships
in Oakville, as the #1 seed from The ETA, after earning two more wins in the
playoffs this past weekend.
On Saturday, The Devils hosted The Clarington Toros to a
game in Baltimore and skated to a 5-1 win. Lighting the lamp in the game was
Noah Hughes, Brody Grant, Holden Goulah, Cameron Stevens and Zachary Miedema.
Assists went to Nicholson (2), Pettey (2), Grant, Gullage, Stevens, Teather.
Dax Sage was between the pipes for the win, and Brody Grant was named player of
the game.
On Sunday, The Red Devils hosted the Central Ontario Wolves,
and were looking for one more win in order to earn the #1 seed from The ETA. The
Red Devils came out flying and played a strong team game on their way to a 5-1
win and an 8-0 record in the playoffs. Shea Teather had a pair of goals in the
game, while James Gullage, Noah Hughes and Cameron Stevens all added singles.
Assisting on the goals was; Pettey (2), Goulah (2), Grant, Gullage, Nicholson. Matt
Travers picked up the win between the pipes. Shea Teather and Cam Stevens
shared player of the game honors.
