U16, 2022-2023 (Quinte Red Devils)

On Thursday at home, the U16 Pita Pit Quinte Red Devils hosted the Whitby Wildcats and took the two points with a hard fought 3-2 win. Reece Herman protected the net and goals were scored by Cohan Sands, Sunny Fanjoy and Jack Pixley. 

On Tuesday in Fenelon Falls, the U16 Pita Pit Quinte Red Devils redeemed themselves against the Central Ontario Wolves with a hard fought 2-1 win. Reece Herman stood strong in net and Quinte’s goals were scored by Pax Murphy and Mason Boyer. On Saturday at home, the Red Devils took another two points beating the Richmond Hill Coyotes 4-2. Liam Boyer protected the net and Quinte’s goals were scored by Zack Carrier, Mason Musclow, Evan Erwin and Avery Wease. 

The U16 Pita Pit Quinte Red Devils took on the first place, Peterborough Petes, on Tuesday night at home. The puck dropped at 8:15 with Reece Herman in net. The Red Devils took a quick 1-0 lead 40 seconds into the game with a goal from Ben Sherwin. Zack Carrier had Quinte’s second goal late in the first, ending the period with a 2-1 lead. The U16 Pita Pit Quinte Red Devils had a successful weekend of regular season play. On Thursday night at home, the Red Devils had a strong 4-1 win over their rivals, the Kingston Junior Gaels. Reece Herman was in net and goals were scored by Brody Nielissen (2), Ben Sherwin and Evan Erwin. On Saturday at home, the Pita Pit Red Devils had a slow start with the Waxers taking an early 1–0 lead. They came on strong in the second taking the lead with a 4-1 win. Reece Herman stood between the pipes and goals were scored by Pax Murphy, Brock Davy, Jack Pixley and Parker Fergusson. 

 On Thursday at home, the U16 Pita Pit Quinte Red Devils welcomed the Clarington Toro's to town and took the win 3-1. Reece Herman stood strong in nets and Quinte's goals were scored by Deke Osterhaut, Mason Musclow and Sam Thompson. On Saturday, the Pita Pit Red Devils hit the road to take on the Markham Waxers and came out on top with a strong 4-0 win.
