A Week in the East and a Holiday Time in the West
The KKP Minor Midget Red Devils had a tough week among the top of the table in the East but they battled hard and that will prepare them well for the upcoming Toronto Marlboro's International Holiday Classic which starts on Boxing Day!
The Wednesday night match saw visitors from Clarington take the trip down the 401 and although the Devils had the Devil's share of chances the game ended in a split decision with a 2-2 final. Scoring for the Devils in this one were Nathan Dunkley and Hunter Leonard with helpers provided by Matt Sherwin and Devin Morrison.
The next two games were roadies in Whitby and Kingston both losses. Scoring the lone goal against Whitby for the Devils was Nate Boomhower with help from Nathan Dunkley. Despite some tough games the Devils took their licks and will come ready to play in the Marlies Classic coming up soon! You can follow the Devils on Twitter @MMidgetDevils or at quintedevils.com
